1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
- In its original packaging (including any tags or labels).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return instructions, ensuring it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for reasons other than an error on our part (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the item(s) according to the return policy once received.
